How do I place an order?

Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in your payment details to complete your order

Why would I set up an account?

It is possible to order items from this web store without setting up an account. However, we recommend that you do set up an account. You can easily track your order, view purchase history and save your information to speed up the order check out for future purchases.

What materials are used in production?

The clothing we produce is made in an sustainable way. Our sweaters and T-shirts are made of 100% organic cotton and produced under good working conditions within the factory. The caps are made of cotton produced under good working conditions.


Do I receive an order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email to the corresponding e-mail address given in the order.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to change your order.

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I do it?

It is not possible to cancel the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel the order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. However, if you try to cancel your order after is has been shipped, you must return the item(s) to us to receive your refund.


Are you able to ship all goods globally?

We ship all our products internationally. For most countries you have a choice between standard delivery and express delivery. However please check here if the post service is currently delivering to your country.

I have written an incorrect address, how can I change it?

It is not possible to change the address yourself, once you have confirmed your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can change your shipping address. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address, including a track & trace code. Shipping takes between 1-5 days for deliveries in Europe and 12-30 days for the rest of the world. When deciding upon shipping method, an estimate will be shown. Notice that these days are an indication and measured in working days.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Can I collect my items from a warehouse?

It is not possible to collect your item(s) from our warehouse. The only possible method of receiving your item(s) is through delivery to your home or work address. If you wish to alter your address to another location, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

I can't select a shipping method for my order, how can I send my goods?

We have set up restrictions on certain orders with regards to weight. Orders with a weight above 5kg/11 pounds require special packaging. Please contact us if you wish to make a large order.

Return Policy

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us through the "Get in Touch" form on the website. Your rights as a consumer are explained in the Return Policy found at the bottom of the page.

What happens to my order during the return process?

Once you have shipped your order back to our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and verify that your reason for return corresponds o the status of the item(s). Depending on the type of return, we will send you your new item(s) or process your refund. We do not send an item or process a refund until the items have been verified in our warehouse.
