Does Martijn work here?

No, although Martijn is involved in the designs, he unfortunately does not work here. 

How do I place an order?

Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in your payment details to complete your order

Why would I set up an account?

You can order items from this web store without setting up an account. Please fill in all your details in Latin letters (NO Japanese/Chinese/Cyrillic Characters). We recommend that you do set up an account. You can easily track your order, view purchase history and save your information to speed up the order check out for future purchases.

What materials are used in production?

The clothing we produce is made in a sustainable way. Our products are produced under good working conditions within the factory.

Do you ship to my country?

Shipping and handling costs are calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.

I HAVE entered AN INCORRECT ADDRESS; HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

It is not possible to change the address yourself once you have confirmed your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@martingarrix.com so we can change your shipping address. Once the order has been handed over for shipment by our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We ship within 24 working hours after your order has been accepted and send you the tracking information via e-mail. Indication of delivery time:

Europe shipment: 2- 3 business days*
Worlwide shipment: 3 – 4 business days*

* COVID may cause a delay

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our warehouse is in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

CAN I COLLECT MY ITEMS FROM A WAREHOUSE?

It is not possible to collect your item(s) from our warehouse. The only possible method of receiving your item(s) is through delivery to your home or work address. Shipping agents cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you wish to alter your address to another location, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us through the "CONTACT US" form on the website. Your rights as a consumer are explained in the Return Policy found at the bottom of the website. Always use a shipment method that uses Tracking & Insurance. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER DURING THE RETURN PROCESS?

Once we have received* your order and return form back to our warehouse, we will inspect the items thoroughly. The quality of the returned products and your compliance with the return policy will be checked to determine whether you are entitled to a refund. For a refund the same method is used as your payment method.

* When returning a product ALWAYS choose a shipment method with Tracking & Insurance.

It is not possible to reach Martijn or his management through "Contact Us" on the webshop. The purpose of this form is solely to help enhance your experience on The Martin Garrix Shop. Martin Garrix communicates through his official website “martingarrix.com” and social media “/martingarrix”.

Placing an order

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. CHECK the Size chart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in all details in Latin letters (NO Japanese/Chinese/Cyrillic Characters) to complete your order and get to the payment section to complete your order. 

how can I pay my order?

We accept multiple payment methods.  Paypal , Visa, Mastercard, iDeal, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, Maestro, AliPay. A surcharge may apply.

DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we send a confirmation email to the corresponding e-mail address given in the order. Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking information via e-mail (also check your unwanted mailbox).

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via webshop@martingarrix.com. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to change your order.

I'D LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?

It is not possible to cancel the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible via webshop@martingarrix.com, so we can cancel the order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. However, if the order has been shipped already you must follow the return policy.
