The clothing we produce is made in an sustainable way. Our sweaters and T-shirts are made of 100% organic cotton and produced under good working conditions within the factory. The caps are made of cotton produced under good working conditions.
It is not possible to cancel
the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel the
order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. However, if you try to
cancel your order after is has been shipped, you must return the item(s) to us to
receive your refund.
We ship all our products
internationally. For most countries you have a choice between standard delivery and express delivery. However please check here
if the post service is currently delivering to your country.
It is not possible to change
the address yourself, once you have confirmed your order. Please contact us as
soon as possible so we can change your shipping address. Once the order has
been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.
Once your order has been
confirmed you will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address,
including a track & trace code. Shipping takes between 1-5 days for
deliveries in Europe and 12-30 days for the rest of the world. When deciding upon shipping method, an estimate will be shown. Notice that these days are an indication and measured in working days.
It is not possible to collect your item(s) from our
warehouse. The only possible method of receiving your item(s) is through
delivery to your home or work address. If you wish to alter your address to
another location, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Once you have shipped your order back to our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and verify that your reason for return corresponds o the status of the item(s). Depending on the type of return, we will send you your new item(s) or process your refund. We do not send an item or process a refund until the items have been verified in our warehouse.
